The First Training Session is FREE ( loose clothing advised, T Shirt / Tracksuit bottoms no footwear)

Class Times

Tuesday 7pm to 9pm (Adults 16+) (Children 14 -15 upon application)

Friday 7pm to 8pm (Childern 7 – 14)

Friday 7.30 pm to 9pm (Adults 16+) (Childern 14-15 upon application)

Saturday 12am to 2pm
